1. Cancellation Policy
Training & Coding Classes: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the batch/session to be eligible for a refund.

IT Services/Projects: For software development or IT consulting services, cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order and before the project kickoff/commencement of work.

Ineligibility: Once a service has been initiated (e.g., access to training materials provided, internship started, or development work begun), cancellation requests will not be entertained.

2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund: * Refunds are only considered if a cancellation request is made within the 15-day window mentioned above.

If you feel the service delivered does not meet the expectations set during the proposal or enrollment, you must bring it to our attention within 15 days of service delivery. Our team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Non-Refundable Services: Registration fees for certain internship programs or one-time administrative fees may be non-refundable as specified at the time of enrollment.

3. Processing Refunds
Once a refund is approved by the Sprinkle Info Tech management team, the amount will be processed and credited back to the original payment method.

Timeline: It will take approximately 7 working days for the refund to be credit and reflect in your account.

4. Warranty & Third-Party Services
For services or products that involve third-party manufacturers or software licenses, the refund and warranty terms of the respective manufacturer will apply.
